In June 2021, thanks to our dedicated Chief Information Security Officer, Karen Leisenfeld and her team; Touchpoint Group successfully passed it’s first annual audit.
ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard for ensuring the safety of managing sensitive information. The standard provides a framework detailing how a company should manage confidential and sensitive information they hold and acquire. The certification is accredited by an independent body following an in-depth audit. This ensures that the business and their clients can be confident that the data stored is handled safely and securely across the organisation.
